We are an organization for everyone and we embrace the greatest variety of people. It should not matter in this regard what your name is, what you look like, where you come from, who you love and/or what you believe in.
We aim with this definition to be an inclusive employer, so as to contribute to a more successful, relevant and creative museum. Activities, workshops and impact research are part of this process. We learn from the results, adjust activities in response, re-examine the impact, learn from the results, and so on.
In this way, we are learning to make inclusiveness a more self-evident part of the organization.
