In Vincent’s footsteps
The drawing workshop series transports you to a remarkable place: Vincent van Gogh’s studio in the village of Nuenen where he lived from 1883 to 1885. In the final workshop, you’ll look outside through Vincent’s eyes, taking in the Brabant landscape that so greatly inspired him.
The series introduces three different subjects that Vincent drew in this period: peasants’ hands, their faces, and the (rural) landscape. Following the three workshops, you’ll be able to draw these subjects in Vincent’s style, from your own perspective.
