A museum teacher guides students through the Van Gogh Museum’s collection in an interactive one-hour tour. The tour is suitable for all levels of secondary education.
To help students really consider Van Gogh’s work, common themes, techniques, use of colour, composition, light and materials are highlighted. With biographical details, the museum teacher encourages students to draw parallels between Vincent’s life and his artistic development.
This tour is tailored to the age of the participating group, and is recommended for students with a high level of proficiency in English, Dutch, French or German.
